 3 cups of Gluten Free Rolled Oats

 3 ½  cups uncooked Rainbow Quinoa

 7 tsps Raisons

 2 tbsps Hemp Hearts

 ¾ cup Pumpkin Seeds

 14 Tbsp Organic Chia Seeds

 7 tbsp Sliced Raw Almonds

 Chopped peanuts

 ½ cup hulled sunflower seeds

 7 tsps Shredded Unsweetened Coconut

 ½ bbq sauce

 ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 2 tsp grapeseed or avocado oil

 2 tsp pure Maple Syrup
