Overnight Oat Power Bowl
1 medium to large banana
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup non-dairy milk (unsweetened)
1/3 cup water
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch of sea/himalayan salt
- silvered almonds
- hemp hearts
- unsweetened coconut shreds
- coconut sugar sprinkle or maple syrup
The night before: Grab a small to medium sized pot and stir together all the ingredients (leave the toppings out).
Place the lid on the pot and put into the fridge.
The morning of: Take the pot out of the fridge, stir and place on the stove. Stir over medium heat until desired temperature.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite vegan toppings!
Option: You can eat this cold if you are running late or you prefer a cold breaky.
