Yummy Vegan




  • Brown Rice Noodles

  • 1 Cup Edamame

  • Coleslaw Mix

  • Cucumber

  • Green Onion

  • Half Avacodo

  • 1 Cup Mandarin Oranges (canned or fresh)


Salad Dressing:

  • 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup

  • 1/4 cup oil of choice

  • 1 Tbsp Tamari Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil

  • Black Pepper


Super easy recipe!!

-boil water and soak noodles for 3 minutes

-cut noodles into bite size length

-boil/fry/heat edamame beans

-add noodles, edamame and coleslaw together

-chop cucumber, onion and avacodo

-add remaining ingredients into a large salad bowl

-whisk dressing ingredients together and pour over salad

-toss and enjoy :)
