Arbonne Protein Shake Recipes

Vanilla Mixed Berry

Ingredients:

1 cup almond, hemp or coconut milk

1 cup frozen mixed berries

2-3 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Meal Replacement Protein Powder

1 scoop Arbonne Fibre Boost (recommended, but optional)

1 scoop Arbonne Greens Balance (recommended, but optional)

 

Action:

In a blender, add milk and berries then blend. Add protein, fibre and greens and blend once more. Pour and enjoy :)

Chocolate Monkey

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond, hemp or coconut milk

1 cup frozen peeled banana

1/2 cup crushed ice

2-3 scoops Arbonne Chocolate Meal Replacement Protein Powder

1 scoop Arbonne Fibre Boost (recommended, but optional)

1 scoop Arbonne Greens Balance (recommended, but optional)

 

Action:

In a blender, add milk, banana, and ice then blend. Add protein, fibre and greens and blend once more. Pour and enjoy :)

Green Monster

Ingredients:

1 cup almond, hemp or coconut milk

1 handful spinach

1 cup frozen banana

2 soft pitted dates

2 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp 100% peanut butter or almond butter

1/2 cup crushed ice

2-3 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Meal Replacement Protein Powder

1 scoop Arbonne Fibre Boost (recommended, but optional)

1 scoop Arbonne Greens Balance (recommended, but optional)

2 tbsp of hemp, chia & pumpkin seeds (for optional topping)

Action:

In a blender, add milk, spinach, banana, dates, hemp, nut butter and ice, then blend. Add protein, fibre and greens and blend once more. Pour and enjoy :) Top with seeds!

Vanilla Chai

Ingredients:

3/4 cup almond, hemp or coconut milk

6-8 ice cubes

1 cup brewed decaf Chai tea

2-3 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Meal Replacement Protein Powder

1 scoop Arbonne Fibre Boost (recommended, but optional)

 

Action:

In a blender, add milk, ice and tea then blend. Add protein, fibre and blend once more. Pour and enjoy :)

Carrot Cake *New Fav*

Ingredients:

1-2 cups almond, hemp or coconut milk

1 cup cooked, chopped carrots

1 tbsp walnuts

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

6-8 icecubes

2-3 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Meal Replacement Protein Powder

1 scoop Arbonne Fibre Boost (recommended, but optional)

 

Action:

In a blender, add milk, carrots, walnuts and ice then blend. Add protein, fibre and spice and blend once more. Pour and enjoy :)

Pina Colada

Ingredients:

1 cup almond, hemp or coconut milk

1/3 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 tsp coconut extract

6-8 ice cubes

2-3 scoops od Arbonne Vanilla Meal Replacement Powder

1 scoop Arbonne Fibre Boost

Action:

In a blender, add milk, pineapple, coconut extract and ice, then blend. Add protein, fibre and blend once more. Pour and enjoy :)

Blueberry Shake

Ingredients:

1 cup almond, hemp cashew, or coconut milk

1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

2-3 scoops Arbonne Vanilla or Chocolate Meal Replacement Protein Powder

1 scoop Arbonne Fibre Boost (recommended, but optional)

1 scoop Arbonne Greens Balance (recommended, but optional)

 

Action:
